Pittsfield, MA – Berkshire Bank announced today that it has hired Holden resident, Christina Andreoli, as a Senior Vice President in the Private Banking Group for its Worcester and Central Massachusetts region. Ms. Andreoli brings over 17 years of sales and marketing experience to her new role at Berkshire Bank.
Andreoli is located in Worcester at Commerce Bank, a division of Berkshire Bank, where she will be working to develop and retain private banking business in the Central MA region. Before starting at Berkshire, Andreoli was the President of Discover Central Massachusetts, overseeing the marketing and sales strategy for 35 cities and towns, and Executive Vice President of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce. She was responsible for managing a sales team to execute an annual marketing plan for the region while also managing the operations of the Chamber. Prior to that, she served as Chief of Staff to the former Worcester City Manager Michael O'Brien.

Andreoli earned her Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and participated in the Worcester Leadership Engagement and Development Program (LEAD). In addition to her extensive job experience, Ms. Andreoli also has a strong commitment to the Worcester community. She has held a number of roles with local organizations including past director of Children's Friend and the Worcester Public Library Foundation.
